Class Information

Wednesday 9.30am -Decades Reloaded at Upstage Academy, central Ripon Take the door to the right of Yorkshire Trading. Go through the glass doors at the top of the stairs, turn right and wait in the Green Room- the class takes place in the Main Studio. After booking, you will receive an instant confirmation email - please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folders if the email is not in your inbox! If you don't receive the email, please do let me know asap. You should also receive an email reminder on the day before the class... Again, please look in your Junk/ Spam folders if you can't see the emails in your Inbox and ensure you set me as a "safe" sender for future emails! Before joining in with any of my classes, you must complete the online PARQ questionnaire, which is a very short health questionnaire. This will indicate whether you require medical consent before starting. By booking in for a class, you are agreeing to complete the PARQ before attending (online and Ripon classes). This must be updated every 6 months, or sooner if anything changes with your health.
