Other Online Classes
All of the following classes are included with an Online Unlimited subscription - either as a live online Zoom session OR available to watch in the "On Demand" area of the webisite as a recording, the day after the live session.
Please have a look at the videos below which will hopefully give you a quick snapshot of what to expect in each class.
As long as you're medically fit to exercise, you can take part.
Please ensure you have completed the Health Questionnaire before taking part in any session.
If I do high impact moves in any of my classes, there will always be a low impact option.
(The "name" of the class may have changed to what is shown on the video demo, but the class content remains the same.)
Hi/Lo Intervals
The class will last between 30-40 minutes.
"Intervals Training" just means that the exercises will be performed to specific timings, which will be different from week to week.

You can always adjust the timings or take extra breaks if needed - just work at your level.
For any high-impact moves, there is always a low impact option!
Usual class time - Tuesday 6pm- Zoom or available as an On Demand recording the day following the "live" class if you are an online subscriber.
Total Body Tone
This class will last between 30-40 minutes.

The class can be done without equipment - I may use a resistance band or some small weights, but if you don't have these - please don't worry, they are optional!
​
If you need to take extra breaks or do less repetitions, that is fine, please just work at your level.
Usual class time - Thursday 9.30am- Zoom or available as an On Demand recording the day following the "live" class if you are an online subscriber.
Walkfit
The class will last around 25 minutes.
If you're brand new and you're looking for something short, to get started, then this would be a great option.

However, it really is a great class for absolutely EVERYONE - the aim is to add a good amount of "steps" to your daily step total in a relatively short space of time!
This session is instructed fully at low-impact.
​

Essential Core
This class will last 20 minutes.
In this session we focus on the "midsection".
​
Sometimes we may do floor exercises, so if you are on a hard floor, please make sure you have a mat or towel to lie on, to protect your spine.
