Meet Hayley

I'm Hayley, 50 years old and I live in Ripon, North Yorkshire with my husband Paul, my 16 year-old son Joe and dog Buster.

I've had a variety of jobs during my life - pub management, supermarket management, driving instructor, receptionist, retail assistant to name a few!

​I have had phases during my life of doing exercise, then phases of not... When I rejoined the gym at the age of 42 I found myself actually enjoying exercise more than I ever had previously and I decided to train to become a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Whilst training, I stumbled across the "Clubbercise" brand and knew straight away it was something I'd really like to try. In September 2019, I taught my first Clubbercise session. This is when I realised that Group exercise was where I really wanted to head - and that's what I've been really focusing on ever since.
I added another branded dance fitness class, "Decades Reloaded" and I also do my own FitMix class, which is a non-dance class.

Obviously, things changed during 2020 with the arrival of Covid-19, lockdowns and restrictions.

I adapted and took my sessions online and I continued with online classes until early 2024.
Recordings of the online classes are now available in my "Hayley@Home offering, but all of my live classes are now face-to-face in the local community.

In 2024, I added a new branded class to my schedule- Country Fit!!
A mixture of line dancing style choreography as well as group dances- low impact and great for beginners
Lots of laughter, often chaotic but soooo much fun.
