*NEW CLASS* Tues 10.30am Decades TRIAL
Class Information
NEW CLASS STARTING MAY 5th 2026 Due to the popularity of my other morning classes, I'm adding a NEW class to the timetable Join me in May 2026 for 3 x "Tuesday Decades Reloaded" classes Tuesdays 10.30am- Upstage Academy (45 minute class) Dates included are: Tues 5th May Tues 12th May Tues 19th May (No class 26th May) You will also be offered the chance to have a permanent "Pay Monthly Subscription" space, if you wish to continue attending the class after May This 45 minute class consists of easy-to-follow choreography to a wide rand of tunes- any decade- any genre!! Go high-impact or low-impact, it's up to you- just do the class at YOUR level! One off payment of £20 to give the classes a try for 3 weeks Save £10 on the Pay As You Go price Venue: Upstage Academy, Ripon -take door to the right of Yorkshire Trading (There is a flight of stairs to access the venue) Please note that Upstage Academy has a "clean, indoor" shoes policy 🙏 Please bring your clean trainers with you and change into them when you arrive 🥰 (Sorry, there can be no swaps, transfers or refunds once booked)

Cancellation Policy
I operate a strict cancellation policy Sorry but I do not offer refunds, swaps or transfers once payment has been made. What to wear and bring: Bring a bottle of water to drink Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and trainers Monday evening classes- Upstage Academy, Ripon Take door to the right of Yorkshire Trading main entrance- go up the stairs and turn right after the glass door to get to the main studio (via the "Green Room") If you arrive very early and I'm currently instructing another class, please wait in the seated area after the glass doors Please note if you are attending a class at Upstage Academy, they have a "clean, indoor trainers" policy Tuesday Morning classes- Upstage Academy, Ripon Take door to the right of Yorkshire Trading main entrance- go up the stairs and turn right after the glass door to get to the main studio (via the "Green Room") Please note if you are attending a class at Upstage Academy, they have a "clean, indoor trainers" policy Tuesday evening classes- Melmerby Village Hall If you are attending a class at Melmerby, please do not park on the sharp bend in the road just before the village hall Wednesday morning classes- Upstage Academy, Ripon Take door to the right of Yorkshire Trading main entrance- go up the stairs and turn right after the glass door to get to the main studio (via the "Green Room") If you arrive very early and I'm currently instructing another class, please wait in the seated area after the glass doors Please note if you are attending a class at Upstage Academy, they have a "clean, indoor trainers" policy Thursday evening classes- Allhallowgate Church Hall, Ripon Opposite Ripon bus station- take the door on Victoria Grove If you arrive very early and I am instructing another class in the hall, please wait in the reception area If you have any questions, please get in touch!
